I live 6 hours down the coast so had to do a lot of the work via phone and email. The whole team was very helpful and did all they could to make it work for me. When I came to inspect the car and finalise everyone was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem and everything was clearly explained to me. Even though I was buying a used vehicle they made me feel like a valued customer and made the experience exciting (adding a bow to the bonnet and taking my photo etc). Haven't had that before and it was really special.
I've just picked my new hilux up. And I'm not only happy with my car, but absolutely pleased with the salesman (Peter) All my requests were taken into account, and I received as much help as I needed to make the purchase smooth and memorable. Brought vehicle in for warranty repair in June 2023, as a result of a few errors on their side I had to bring it back in an additional 2 times, fine. Eventually was resolved (i thought), full credit to David in service management. An issue stemming from the first repair now needs to be addressed and I need to take the car in again. David had previously arranged a courtesy car on the additional visits, but as he is away, this no longer possible without an additional fee. Was fine to ignore the fact I had to bring in vehicle additional 2 times for the 1 same issue. But having to bring it in again for issues related to the first repair(which is effectively a half day) and asked to pay a fee for the courtesy car is not great.
